Offering a salary of £30,000 – £35,000 and a straightforward Monday to Friday working pattern, this is a great opportunity to take ownership of warehouse operations within a fast-paced distribution environment — with consistent hours and strong work-life balance.

The Role:

• Leading, motivating, and developing a team of warehouse operatives
• Overseeing goods in, despatch, and internal stock movements
• Driving performance against KPIs including productivity, accuracy, and service levels
• Managing stock control and maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy
• Upholding and promoting health & safety standards across the team
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborating with transport, planning, and operations teams

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Supervisor role
• Background in distribution, logistics, or a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Solid understanding of warehouse best practice and H&S compliance
