Waste Operative

911 Staffing Ltd are currently recruiting for Waste Operatives in the Swindon area.

About the Role:

• Monday to Friday, 6am start 
• £13.69 per hour + enhanced rate for OT / Bank Holidays
• Based in Cheney Manor Industrial Estate, SN2
• Ongoing temporary role 

Day to Day Duties:

• As a Waste Operative you will be working in small teams, collecting recycling (glass, paper, plastics) or refuse (black bins) alongside the waste vehicle
• This is a physical job working outside, so you must be prepared to work in all weather types

Essential Skills:

To be considered for the waste operative role:

• You will need to be physically fit, due to the nature of the role and be prepared to work outdoors in all types of weather
• Work well as part of a fast paced, small team

Desirable Experience:

• Previous experience working as a waste operative is desirable but definitely not required
