Attega Group is working on behalf of our client as their in-house recruitment provider.
We are currently recruiting for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join their team.
The main purpose of this role is to carry out a variety of water hygiene and remedial engineering tasks, ensuring systems remain compliant, safe, and operating efficiently across healthcare and commercial sites.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a company vehicle, bonus scheme, and pension.
This is a full-time, permanent role working in a field-based position across the London area.
- TMV servicing, installation, and replacement
- Water system monitoring and testing
- Tank cleaning and inspections
- Carrying out remedial plumbing tasks and small installations
- Removing dead-legs and improving system efficiency
- Inspecting systems to prevent breakdowns and failures
- Troubleshooting faults and repairing or replacing components
- Ensuring all work complies with health & safety regulations
- Proven experience as a Water Hygiene Engineer or similar role
- Strong plumbing and water treatment remedial skills
- Relevant plumbing qualification or completed apprenticeship
- Experience working within healthcare environments
- Knowledge of safety procedures and legal compliance
- Ability to use a range of testing equipment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Physically fit and able to work in a field-based role
- Full UK driving licence
