Water Hygiene Engineer – £27,000–£30,000 + Vehicle, Fuel Card & Phone
Location: Hertfordshire / Essex (covering Herts, Essex, Bedfordshire & London)
I’m currently working with a growing and well-established client who is looking to bring on an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to support their expanding portfolio across the South East.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is fully trained in ACoP L8 and enjoys a varied, mobile role across multiple sites.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering a full range of water hygiene services across commercial sites, ensuring compliance with current regulations and maintaining high service standards.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Temperature monitoring and routine compliance checks
- Showerhead descales and disinfections
- Cold water storage tank inspections and cleaning
- TMV servicing and maintenance
- Water sampling and basic analysis
- Completing accurate reports and compliance documentation
What My Client Is Looking For
- Proven experience in a Water Hygiene Engineer role
- Fully trained in ACoP L8
- Good understanding of HSG274 and water compliance standards
- Full UK driving licence
- Someone reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
