We are recruiting Nightshift Weavers to join a well‑established and respected textile manufacturer in Kirriemuir, producing high‑quality fabrics for a wide range of industries.

The Role
- Operating Weaving Looms
You will run and monitor weaving looms, learning how each machine operates and ensuring smooth, efficient performance throughout your shift. - Maintaining Quality and Output
You will be responsible for meeting productivity targets while ensuring all materials are produced to the required quality standards. - Quality Checking and Reporting
You will carry out regular quality inspections, complete production records accurately, and report any faults or concerns to your supervisor without delay. - Maintaining a Safe and Organised Workspace
Health and safety is a priority. You will follow all procedures while keeping machines and surrounding areas clean, tidy and well maintained. - Working as Part of a Team
While managing your own machines, you will contribute to a wider nightshift team working towards shared production targets where reliability and communication are key.
Skills and Experience
- A strong focus on quality and pride in your work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Clear and effective communication skills
- A proactive and flexible approach in a fast-paced environment
- Previous industrial, manufacturing, textile or machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential
- Full training will be provided for the right candidate
