Actio Recruitment is supporting a well‑established engineering company in the Earl Shilton area that is looking to recruit an experienced MIG & TIG Welder to join their team.

The role

You will be welding and fabricating thin‑gauge materials using both MIG and TIG processes. The work requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to produce high‑quality finishes consistently.

Key responsibilities

• MIG and TIG welding on thin‑gauge metals
• Fabrication and assembly of components
• Working from technical drawings
• Maintaining quality and safety standards

What we’re looking for

• Proven MIG and TIG welding experience
• Confident working with thin‑gauge materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
