About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced MIG Welder Fabricator on behalf of our client, a well-established and growing engineering business. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual to join a dynamic team working on a variety of fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out MIG welding on a range of materials, primarily mild steel
- Fabricate components from technical drawings and specifications
- Perform cutting, grinding, and finishing duties as required
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Work both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a MIG Welder/Fabricator
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Experience using fabrication tools and machinery
- Good understanding of health & safety practices
- Relevant welding qualifications (preferred but not essential)
