A long‑established precision engineering company in Redhill is seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Welder/Fabricator to join its high‑quality production team. This role suits someone who takes pride in precision workmanship and can deliver consistently accurate results in a fast‑paced workshop environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating CNC Press Brake machines to form sheet metal components
- MIG and TIG welding to a high standard
- Punching and fabrication of sheet metal parts
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings with accuracy
- Working to tight tolerances where quality and precision are essential
About You
- Confident across MIG/TIG welding and sheet metal fabrication
- Skilled in CNC press brake operation
- Strong understanding of engineering drawings and fabrication processes
- Quality‑driven, reliable, and able to work independently
