As a customer service advisor your role will be to act as a frontline representative, handling telephone and face-to-face enquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner. To liaise effectively with internal departments and external organisations to ensure accurate information, advice, and support is provided at first point of contact. To assist with general administrative duties including maintaining and updating records, preparing correspondence, and supporting communication activities such as mail-outs and customer profiling.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Customer Service
- Responding to requests and queries via phone & email
- Covering areas such as housing applications, property repairs, complaints, and general enquiries
- Providing advice, support, and signposting to relevant services or internal teams to ensure the best possible resolution
- To provide occasional reception cover
- Ensuring all visitors and callers receive a positive first point of contact experience
- Supporting office operations in accordance with policies and procedures
- Managing visitor security protocols
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Processing deliveries
- Securely receiving and managing confidential tender documentation
