Experienced Wet Room Fitters can secure long-term work across the West Midlands with weekly pay, flexible pay structures, and consistent bathroom adaptation projects within occupied social housing properties. This role offers the opportunity to work locally where possible while completing full wet room installations for a well-established property maintenance contractor.
This contractor delivers bathroom adaptation works for social housing providers across Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Stafford, and surrounding areas. With a strong pipeline of planned works and a reliable supply chain delivering major materials directly to site, this is an excellent opportunity for a Wet Room Fitter looking for ongoing, stable work within the social housing sector.
I’d love to speak to anyone who has worked as a Wet Room Fitter, Bathroom Fitter, Multi Skilled Operative, or Bathroom Installer within occupied properties or social housing environments.
As a Wet Room Fitter, you will be:
  • Completing full wet room installations from start to finish
  • Working within occupied social housing properties across the West Midlands
  • Carrying out associated building and adaptation works as required
  • Collecting consumables and smaller materials from local suppliers when needed
  • Coordinating works around delivered trays, sanitaryware, and site schedules
  • Completing patch plastering and making good where possible
  • Maintaining professional standards and excellent customer service on site
I’d love to speak to anyone who has:
  • Proven experience completing end-to-end wet room installations
  • Experience working within occupied or customer-facing environments
  • Their own van suitable for carrying tools and materials
  • A willingness to travel across Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Stafford, and surrounding areas
  • A CSCS card (preferred, with at least one operative required to hold one)
  • Plastering or patch repair experience, although this is not essential
The Wet Room Fitter role is offering the following benefits:
  • £200 per day depending on experience and output
  • Flexible pay structure with day rate or price work available

This role covers Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Stafford, Worcester, and surrounding areas across the West Midlands. The contractor aims to keep work as local as possible while maintaining a steady pipeline of projects. The area offers excellent road links via the M5, M6, M42, and A449, making travel between sites straightforward.
