Working Foreman – Fit Out Projects

We are currently looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality fit-out projects across the commercial, hospitality, and hotel sectors.

This role would suit someone hands-on, organised, and confident of overseeing site activities from start to finish while maintaining programme and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations on fit-out projects
• Managing subcontractors and coordinating trades on site
• Ensuring all works are carried out safely, on time whilst maintaining high standard of finishes
• Project Coordination
• Labour Management
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site presentation
• Resolving site issues quickly and effectively

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman on fit-out projects
• Background working on commercial, hospitality, or hotel schemes
• Carpentry Background
• Hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front
• Willingness to travel and work across the UK when required

SMSTS preferred, although support can be provided if needed
