Workshop Controller - Yeovil
- £40,000 OTE (flexible depending on experience)
- Full Time
- Full UK Driving Licence Required
- MUST have previous experience
The Role
- Control and allocate workshop jobs to maximise productivity and efficiency
- Monitor repair progress and keep the Service team updated throughout the day
- Carry out quality control checks and final vehicle inspections
- Support technicians with workshop workflow and daily organisation
- Ensure all work is completed in line with manufacturer, warranty and health & safety standards
- Help maintain a clean, safe and professional workshop environment
- Assist with improving workshop performance and customer satisfaction
- Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, is required to be considered
- NVQ Level 3 in Motor Vehicle Maintenance or equivalent
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Confident communicator who can work well under pressure
- IT literate with a customer-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence
- £40,000 OTE (DOE)
