Workshop Operative

The New Resource Group are currently recruiting for a Workshop Operative on behalf of our client. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and growing workshop environment where reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential.

Working Hours

This role operates on a rotating shift pattern:

• 6:00am – 2:30pm
• 9:30am – 6:00pm

Applicants must be flexible to work both shifts on rotation.

Duties Include

• Assisting with the preparation and handling of products within the workshop
• Loading, unloading, and moving materials safely
• Operating workshop equipment and tools where required
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the workspace
• Following health & safety procedures at all times
• Supporting the wider production and warehouse teams

Requirements

• Previous workshop, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Comfortable with heavy lifting due to the nature of the products
• Good level of physical fitness
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to work well within a team and independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
