We are seeking an enthusiastic, organised, and caring Wrap Around Care Manager to lead our successful before and after-school provision at [School Name]. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing high-quality childcare in a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for primary-aged children.

As Wrap Around Care Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our breakfast and after-school clubs, ensuring children enjoy a stimulating, inclusive, and enjoyable experience outside the school day.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing the daily operation of the wrap around care provision.
• Planning and delivering a varied programme of activities suitable for primary-aged children.
• Leading, supporting, and supervising staff.
• Ensuring the safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding of all children.
• Maintaining accurate records and adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
• Building positive relationships with children, parents, carers, and school staff.
• Managing bookings, attendance records, and resources effectively.
• Ensuring compliance with Ofsted, health and safety, and safeguarding requirements.

• Has experience working with primary-aged children in a childcare, education, or playwork setting.
• Has previous leadership or supervisory experience.
• Holds a relevant childcare qualification (Level 3 or above desirable).
• Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Is committed to creating a positive and inclusive environment for all children.
• Has a sound understanding of safeguarding and child protection responsibilities.
• Is enthusiastic, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.
