The Best Connection is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in Whitland for a reliable and hardworking Yard Operative to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and being part of a busy, hands-on environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carrying out general yard duties
- Cleaning and maintaining vehicles, including trucks
- Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and organised
- Assisting with the movement of vehicles and equipment where required
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day operations
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts
Pay Rate:
- £12.71 per hour
Requirements:
- Good work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Previous yard or industrial experience is beneficial but not essential
- Team player with a proactive attitude
