What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status
• Recent experience teaching in Key Stage One, ideally Year 2
• Confident behaviour management and a warm, consistent approach
• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment expectations
• Ability to plan engaging lessons that support a range of learners
• Good communication skills and a positive, team‑focused attitude
• Reliability, organisation and a commitment to creating a calm, purposeful classroom
