As a Year 3 Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons that motivate and challenge pupils.
• Support children as they transition into Key Stage 2.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Plan, assess, and adapt learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school community.

The successful Year 3 Teacher will:

• Hold QTS or be on track to achieve Qualified Teacher Status.
• Be passionate about primary education and committed to high standards.
• Have strong communication and organisational skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
• Be reflective, enthusiastic, and eager to develop professionally.
• ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply and will receive excellent support and mentoring.

• Well-behaved and enthusiastic pupils.
• A comprehensive ECT induction programme.
