Tradewind Recruitment is currently supporting a welcoming and well-regarded primary school in Southend in their search for a Year 4 Teacher to join the team from September 2026.

The school is looking for a teacher who can bring energy, consistency, and a creative approach to the classroom while helping pupils develop confidence and independence as they move through Lower Key Stage 2. • Teaching a Year 4 class full-time

• Delivering lessons that are engaging and appropriately challenging

• Supporting pupils with a range of learning needs and abilities

• Encouraging strong progress both academically and socially

• Working closely with parallel teachers and support staff

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Have experience within a UK primary classroom

• Be confident teaching the KS2 curriculum

• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills

• Be passionate about delivering enjoyable and effective learning experiences
