The successful applicant will join an experienced upper KS2 team and play a key role in preparing pupils for SATs and the transition to secondary education. The school are looking for a confident classroom practitioner who can deliver engaging lessons while maintaining high expectations for all learners.



The role will involve:

  • Full classroom teaching responsibilities within Year 6
  • Delivering engaging and challenging lessons across the KS2 curriculum
  • Preparing pupils for SATs in a supportive and motivating way
  • Monitoring progress and identifying targeted interventions
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Working closely with parents, support staff and senior leaders

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
