Tynestack Partners are supporting a fast growing, product-led international business as they look to appoint an Account Manager to join their expanding commercial team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly ambitious business supplying products across the UK, Europe and international markets, working with major retail and commercial partners in a fast paced environment.

The role will focus on managing and developing key customer relationships, supporting account growth and ensuring an exceptional customer experience across multiple channels.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day relationships across key customer accounts
• Supporting account growth and identifying commercial opportunities
• Working closely with internal departments including operations, supply chain and marketing
• Delivering excellent customer service and proactive communication
• Supporting product launches, promotions and ongoing account activity
• Building long-term customer partnerships within a fast-moving environment
• Managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively

What we’re looking for:

• Experience within Account Management, Customer Success, Client Services or B2B Sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial awareness and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, growing business
• Organised, proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Experience within product, retail, wholesale, ecommerce or distribution environments would be beneficial
