About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, organised and detail focused Accounts assistant to join our Accounts team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team, has a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and well organised. You will support the day-to-day running of the accounts team.

Essential
- Previous administrative or accounts administration experience
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good written and verbal communication skills including professional phone manner
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Basic Excel skills, including sorting, filter, sum, copy and pivots
- Familiarity with Outlook and Word
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
Desirable
- Experience using k8 (Kerridge) accounting software
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Experience with reconciliations and invoice processing
