About the Role:

We are looking for a friendly, organised and detail focused Accounts assistant to join our Accounts team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a team, has a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and well organised. You will support the day-to-day running of the accounts team.

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Previous administrative or accounts administration experience
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills including professional phone manner
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Basic Excel skills, including sorting, filter, sum, copy and pivots
  • Familiarity with Outlook and Word
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines

Desirable

  • Experience using k8 (Kerridge) accounting software
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles
  • Experience with reconciliations and invoice processing
