Description
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
- Managing/processing the monthly Payroll
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain and update financial records and databases.
- Respond to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- A good knowledge of debits and credits
- Ability to run the Payroll.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Good communication skills for liaising with team members and stakeholders.

- Competitive hourly rate of £14.00 - £20.00, depending on experience.
