£24,500 – £25,750 DOE

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a proactive and professional Administrator to join a supportive and fast-paced team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and thrives in a role where organisation, attention to detail, and teamwork are key.

The Role as an Administrator
You will play a vital role in supporting both clients and the wider team, ensuring a smooth and professional administrative service across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client onboarding administration and preparing documentation
  • Updating and maintaining accurate client records
  • Monitoring filing deadlines and coordinating internal reporting
  • Submitting documentation to Companies House and HMRC
  • Handling new client enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting reception cover when required
  • Assisting with process improvements and contributing ideas to enhance client service 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous administrative experience within an office environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy
  • Confident Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Professional communication and telephone manner
  • The ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment
  • A positive and proactive attitude towards continuous improvement
