Our Client is seeking a confident and responsive Administrator to join the HR team on a temporary basis for 2 months, covering key workload areas during periods of absence. This is a busy, varied role with genuine impact: you’ll help keep employee processes moving smoothly, support day-to-day HR enquiries, and ensure important records are organised accurately—so the team can focus on delivering an excellent employee experience.

Required Skills To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • 1 years’ experience managing administrative tasks with high attention to detail (HR experience is helpful, but not essential)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfort using a database to record, track, and retrieve information
  • A proactive, “get stuck in” attitude—comfortable working independently and following instructions while taking ownership
Other Requirements
  • Availability starting ASAP
  • Initially working predominantly from the office, with the potential to move to hybrid working later (after an initial period)
