As an Aftersales Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for customers after their purchase, ensuring a seamless ownership experience. You will coordinate service bookings, handle enquiries, and build strong, lasting relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Act as the primary contact for all aftersales enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Manage service bookings, repairs, and maintenance schedules
  • Liaise with workshop technicians to ensure timely and high-quality work completion
  • Provide clear updates and explanations to customers regarding work carried out
  • Upsell additional services and products where appropriate
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems
  • Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every touchpoint

What We’re Looking For

The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in an aftersales, service advisor, or customer service role (automotive preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Confident using computer systems and CRM platforms
  • Full UK driving licence preferred
