We are seeking a highly experienced Aftersales Manager to join our client's prestigious luxury multi-franchise-approved car dealership located in North Bristol. Duties of an Aftersales Manager:
  • Aftersales Managers Lead and manage the aftersales team to ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
  • Oversee workshop utilisation to maximise productivity and profitability
  • Ensure full compliance with manufacturer standards and regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate the sale of labour, vehicle parts, and accessories to meet business targets
  • Support and motivate team members to uphold brand values and maintain a professional service environment
  • Maintain accurate operational records using IT systems and ensure adherence to company policies
  • Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction
  • Manage relationships with customers and suppliers to build loyalty and promote business growth
Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:
  • Proven experience as a Service or Aftersales Manager within a medium-to-large franchise-approved car dealership
  • Demonstrable experience working with luxury or premium vehicle brands
  • Ability to lead and develop teams effectively, supporting colleagues and ensuring high standards
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and operational control
  • IT literate with competency in relevant dealership management systems
  • UK driving licence with minimal points
  • Commutable distance to North Bristol and live within a reasonable distance in line with the role's requirements
