- Lead and manage the aftersales department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Support the service, parts, and bodyshop teams to deliver excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and departmental revenue.
- Oversee workshop and service schedules, optimise processes and resources.
- Monitor departmental KPIs to maintain high standards of service quality.
- Aftersales Managers deal with customer relationships effectively, resolving issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and dealership policies.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members to foster a high-performance culture.
- Extensive experience within a franchise main dealer service department, ideally at a supervisory level.
- Proven track record of managing a team and driving performance.
- Strong knowledge of dealership DMS systems.
- Full UK manual driving license with minimal points.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
- Professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment as an Aftersales Manager
