We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Aftersales Manager to join our client's reputable PLC Volume Franchise Dealership in Aberdeen. Duties of an Aftersales Manager:
  • Lead and manage the aftersales department, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Support the service, parts, and bodyshop teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and departmental revenue.
  • Oversee workshop and service schedules, optimise processes and resources.
  • Monitor departmental KPIs to maintain high standards of service quality.
  • Aftersales Managers deal with customer relationships effectively, resolving issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and dealership policies.
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of team members to foster a high-performance culture.
Requirements of an Aftersales Manager:
  • Extensive experience within a franchise main dealer service department, ideally at a supervisory level.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and driving performance.
  • Strong knowledge of dealership DMS systems.
  • Full UK manual driving license with minimal points.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment as an Aftersales Manager
