Air Conditioning Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team based in Yateley. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation of split, multi-split, VRV/VRF, and ventilation systems
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
• Diagnose faults and complete reactive repairs efficiently
• Complete service reports and paperwork accurately
• Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations
• Provide professional customer support on-site
• Participate in out-of-hours call-out rota when required

Requirements

Essential

• Previous experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• F-Gas Category 1 certification
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable

• Experience with VRV/VRF systems
• Electrical qualifications
• IPAF or PASMA certification
• Experience working on commercial projects

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Overtime available
