Air Conditioning Service Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Air Conditioning Engineers to join our clients growing team based in Dartford. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of air conditioning systems across commercial and residential sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems
• Diagnose faults and carry out effective repairs
• Work on split systems, multi-split, VRV/VRF systems, and ventilation equipment
• Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) visits
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety regulations
• Accurately complete job sheets and service reports
• Provide professional and friendly customer service on-site
• Participate in overtime and call-out rota when required

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer
• F-Gas Category 1 certification essential
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience with leading manufacturers such as Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Toshiba, or Fujitsu
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and organisational skills

Desirable Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
• IPAF and PASMA certifications
• Experience working on commercial contracts

Working Hours

Monday to Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm Overtime available
