Job Title: Architectural Technologist

Location: Bristol

Salary: £32-42,000 DOE

Daily Duties

  • Supporting project teams across a variety of architectural schemes
  • Assisting with design development and technical drawing packages
  • Producing presentations, visuals and project documentation
  • Participating in client meetings and consultant coordination
  • Assisting with planning applications and tender information
  • Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams across different sectors
  • Contributing creative ideas and design solutions throughout project stages
  • Maintaining awareness of design standards, regulations and compliance requirements

Ideal Candidate

  • Architectural Technology degree or equivalent qualification
  • Strong design, communication and presentation skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and collaborative approach
  • Interest in community-focused and sustainable design
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
  • Good understanding of UK planning and RIBA stages
  • Proficiency in software such as Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite and Enscape
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical ability
  • Motivated to develop professionally within a supportive practice environment
