Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Architectural Technologist to join a collaborative team environment, contributing to a variety of impactful projects within the education sector, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams across all RIBA stages.

Responsibilities for this Architectural role:
  • Leading and coordinating projects across all RIBA work stages
  • Producing detailed technical, working, and tender drawing packages
  • Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications
  • Undertaking site surveys and attending site visits to monitor progress and compliance
  • Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
  • Supporting the integration of design and technical solutions to maintain design intent through to completion
Key Requirements for this Architectural Technologist role:
  • Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
  • Proven experience within a UK-based architectural practice
  • Experience working on education projects (additional sector experience beneficial)
  • Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
  • Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act, and CDM obligations
  • Experience producing technical design packages and involvement in construction stages
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team
  • Strong organisational skills with confidence in job running and project coordination
