Salary: £30,000 – £35,000

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Architectural Technologist to join a collaborative team environment, contributing to a variety of impactful projects within the education sector, while working closely with multidisciplinary teams across all RIBA stages.
Responsibilities for this Architectural role:- Leading and coordinating projects across all RIBA work stages
- Producing detailed technical, working, and tender drawing packages
- Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications
- Undertaking site surveys and attending site visits to monitor progress and compliance
- Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery
- Supporting the integration of design and technical solutions to maintain design intent through to completion
- Degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
- Proven experience within a UK-based architectural practice
- Experience working on education projects (additional sector experience beneficial)
- Strong proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
- Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations, Building Safety Act, and CDM obligations
- Experience producing technical design packages and involvement in construction stages
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and within a team
- Strong organisational skills with confidence in job running and project coordination
