£12.71 per hour – rising after 12 weeks
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm
Friday: Early Finish
12 Week Temp to Perm

New Recruits are currently recruiting for Assembly Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long-term work within a friendly and supportive production environment.

Job Duties:

• Using hand tools to assemble products and components
• Following assembly instructions and production specifications
• Carrying out quality checks on finished products
• Working as part of a busy manufacturing team
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Meeting daily production targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous assembly or production experience would be beneficial
• Confident using basic hand tools
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Ability to work well within a team environment
