Assistant Facilities Manager (Mobile Coordinator) - North West

Temp to Perm | Full‑Time | 40 Hours | Company Car Included

We are seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join our Direct Delivery team, supporting 8 sites across the North West. This is a mobile role, ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and a solid background in facilities coordination.



Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct H&S audits across multiple sites

  • Log and manage reactive jobs

  • Visit sites regularly to ensure they remain happy, compliant, and well‑supported

  • Handle on‑site queries and escalate issues where required

  • Build strong relationships with site managers and stakeholders

  • Provide weekly attendance at the Manchester office

  • Travel across the North West using a company vehicle



Requirements

  • IOSH qualification - essential

  • Background in facilities management or a similar environment

  • Strong understanding of compliance, safety, and site standards

  • Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills

  • Full UK driving licence (company car provided)

  • Ability to work independently across multiple locations
