With a turnover exceeding £100 million, they are known for their long-standing client relationships and consistent repeat business. Operating from a modern head office in Central London, they deliver projects across the UK with package values ranging from £5 million to £30 million. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented Assistant Project Manager with Temporary Works experience.
About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager to take ownership of planning responsibilities across a high-profile RC Frame package in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Project Manager in planning, coordination, and delivery of projects to programme and budget
- Manage and coordinate temporary works, ensuring compliance with design and approvals
- Oversee site activities, ensuring health & safety, quality standards, and RAMS are followed
- Liaise with designers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report on performance, risks, and key milestones
About You
- Relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in Construction or Civil Engineering
- Experience in RC frame, groundworks, or civil engineering projects
- Knowledge of temporary works procedures
- Strong understanding of health & safety (CDM, RAMS)
- Good communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
