A leading international consultancy is seeking a Senior CSA Cost Consultant to support the delivery of major mission critical construction projects across Northern Europe.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing commercial management team delivering complex, large-scale projects within one of Europe’s fastest-growing sectors.
The role offers a hybrid rotational setup, with approximately 50% site presence across project locations in Northern Europe and alternating remote working periods.
The Opportunity
You will play a key role in the commercial and cost management of large-scale CSA packages, working closely with project stakeholders, contractors and senior leadership teams throughout the project lifecycle.
The position would suit someone with strong CSA cost management experience who enjoys technically complex projects, collaborative delivery environments, and international project exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver cost and commercial management services across major CSA packages and project phases
- Support the successful delivery of large-scale mission critical developments from pre-construction through to completion
- Produce commercial analysis, reporting, and cost insights to support strategic decision-making
- Monitor project risks, commercial performance, and programme impacts
- Support procurement, tender evaluation, and contract administration activities
- Work closely with project stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and client teams
- Contribute to process improvement, reporting structures, and commercial governance initiatives
- Provide technical commercial guidance across project teams where required
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management, or related discipline
- Previous experience within CSA cost or commercial management environments
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies and commercial processes
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects, ideally within mission critical, advanced technology, industrial, pharma, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced, multi-disciplinary project environments
- Experience supporting both pre-contract and post-contract commercial activities
