The role – Behaviour Mentor

We are looking for a passionate Behaviour Mentor to join a fast-paced SEMH School based in Lewisham on a long term basis starting ASAP or in September 2026! For this Behaviour Mentor role you will be supporting students academically and emotionally on a 1:1 basis ensuring they achieve their highest potential. The ideal Behaviour Mentor will be able to confidently de-escalate challenging situations should they arise in a calm and effective manor. Team Teach training is desirable for this Behaviour Mentor role.

This SEMH School is a fast paced SEMH School situated in the heart of Lewisham and is easily accessible from most points of London. This SEMH School caters to 66 students between the ages of 5-16 with SEMH, ASD and challenging behaviour. This school was recently rated as good by ofsted. This is an excellent opportunity to join as a Behaviour Mentor and beyond!
