A number of schools are seeking experienced Behaviour Mentors to support students with SEMH needs.
The Role:
You will work closely with students who require additional behavioural support, helping them stay engaged and manage emotions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 behaviour support
- Support emotional regulation
- Build positive relationships
- Work alongside pastoral teams
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with challenging behaviour
- Calm and resilient approach
- Strong communication skills
