We are working with specialist SEMH and alternative provisions in Redbridge who are looking for Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with complex behavioural needs.
This is a rewarding role where you'll be supporting young people to rebuild confidence, manage emotions, and re-engage with education.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing consistent 1:1 behaviour mentoring
- Supporting emotional regulation and reflection
- Helping pupils re-engage with learning activities
- Building positive, professional relationships
- Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff
What we're looking for:
- Experience in behaviour support, mentoring or youth-facing roles
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Calm, steady and resilient personality
- Understanding of SEMH or trauma-informed approaches
- Sports/coaching background is a bonus
