Behaviour Mentor - Redbridge

We are working with specialist SEMH and alternative provisions in Redbridge who are looking for Behaviour Mentors to support pupils with complex behavioural needs.

This is a rewarding role where you'll be supporting young people to rebuild confidence, manage emotions, and re-engage with education.



Key responsibilities:

  • Providing consistent 1:1 behaviour mentoring
  • Supporting emotional regulation and reflection
  • Helping pupils re-engage with learning activities
  • Building positive, professional relationships
  • Working closely with teaching and pastoral staff


What we're looking for:

  • Experience in behaviour support, mentoring or youth-facing roles
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Calm, steady and resilient personality
  • Understanding of SEMH or trauma-informed approaches
  • Sports/coaching background is a bonus
