The role:

  • Supporting male students with SEMH and challenging behaviour
  • Implementing behaviour plans, routines and strategies
  • Providing calm, consistent support throughout the school day
  • Working closely with teaching staff and senior leaders

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Calm, organised and resilient
  • Consistent and confident with boundaries
  • Comfortable supporting behaviour and de-escalation
  • Able to follow structured routines and behaviour plans
  • Patient, reliable and committed to a long-term placement

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Team-Teach training or similar behaviour management training

Requirements:

  • Child & Adult DBS on the Update Service
  • Two professional references
  • Experience supporting SEMH and behaviour (school or similar setting)

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in structured environments and wants to support students who benefit from strong, consistent adult relationships.
