Bodyshop Manager

Our client is looking to recruit a Bodyshop Manager to run a Bodyshop based in Poole. This role may suit a driven and motivated Bodyshop Manager who is experienced in the role.

Our client is offering the following:

· Basic between £50,000 - £55,000

· Bonus scheme – Site performance related (OTE £70k - £75k)

· Monday to Friday

· Permanent role

You must be able to demonstrate experience of: -

· Producing / implementing marketing & sales strategies

· Overseeing recruitment, staff training and staff retention

· Ensuring the bodyshop always adheres to Manufacturer and Group standards

· Monitoring bodyshop performance against Group targets/budgets

· Producing reports as required by the Group
