Branch Administrator

Branch Administrator, Manchester City Centre.

Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5pm, fully office based.

£26,500

We’re a successful recruitment company looking for a proactive Branch Administrator to support a team of four high performing consultants. This is a varied, fast‑moving role where no two days look the same and where your efficiency, accuracy and people skills will make a real impact.

Responsibilities

• Screening CVs and supporting the candidate onboarding process
• Chasing timesheets and ensuring all weekly hours are submitted on time
• Collecting and checking references for candidates
• Keeping our in‑house CRM (JobAdder) fully updated and accurate
• Meeting and greeting visitors and being the friendly face of the branch
• Ordering stationery and office supplies to keep everything running smoothly
• Supporting consultants with mailshots, marketing activity and client communications
• Providing general administrative support to ensure the team can focus on what they do best

Desriables

• Someone confident, organised and unflappable
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment
• Minimum 1-year previous admin experience (recruitment admin is a bonus but not essential)
• A team player who enjoys supporting others and taking ownership of tasks
• Tech‑savvy, with the ability to pick up systems quickly (JobAdder experience will prove an advantage)
