About the Branch Manager - Milton Keynes Branch

We have a rare opportunity available to lead our high performing Milton Keynes Branch during an exciting and busy period of growth here at Hayley.

We’re looking for a natural leader to who can drive the team to success through sales customer service excellence.

At Hayley customer service excellence are not just words to us, we care about solving our customers problems, addressing their pain points and coming up with solutions quickly.  

We are looking for someone who understands this and implements solutions both strategically and from the ground up.

You’ll have strong commercial acumen and excellent leadership skills with a track record of developing a sales strategy. We’re looking for excellent product knowledge as well as evidence of achieving sustained sales, profit and margin improvement.

Our culture is very important to our long-term success. We are looking for leaders who have an ethos of pride and care in everything they do, who are passionate about building a collaborative and highly engaged teams.

The successful candidate will ideally have hands on experience within the MRO sector and will already be at Branch Manager level or a sales management level position.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Friday; 9am – 5pm

Call out rota schedule required.

What we’re looking for in our Branch Manager – Milton Keynes

  • Strong leadership and experience of managing high performing teams.
  • A track record of overseeing branch operations in prior role.
  • Demonstratable experience of P&L (revenue, margin and costs)
  • Sales strategy and delivery track record
  • Excellent customer relationship management
  • Proactive style; keeps finger on the pulse of market trends.
  • Experience of stock management, order fulfilment and H&S.
  • Strategic thinking – development of wider business strategy.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Multi-site business exposure
  • Preferred experience of the MRO sector.
