Your Role:
-
You will develop, deliver and maintain audit programmes, including planning, reporting and supporting the management of actions arising.

You will lead and undertake assurance activity to demonstrate compliance with contractual, legal and statutory requirements.

You are responsible for supporting the embedding of integrated quality management principles and International Organisation for Standardisation standards across the business.

You will evaluate and report on subcontractor performance in relation to quality and compliance.

You are responsible for managing non-conformances, including root cause analysis and monitoring corrective actions.

You will support process owners in the development, review and improvement of business processes.
What We’re Looking For:
Qualifications: You will hold an Internal Auditor certification and demonstrate a sound understanding of quality management principles.
Experience: You will have proven experience in a quality management role or similar assurance role, leading multi-disciplinary teams and working within integrated management systems compliant with recognised standards.
Skills: You will demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to analyse data logically, and a proactive, detail-focused approach to continuous improvement.
Experience & Knowledge:
You will have a sound working knowledge of current management system standards, experience of developing and maintaining integrated management systems, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multi-task environment with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable:
Experience of working on large Private Finance Initiative contracts, facilities management environments, and collaborative business relationships is advantageous.
Previous knowledge of working with Data Protection Legislation would be advantageous.
Skills:
Strong organisational, communication and report-writing skills, the ability to lead and influence others, comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, and an understanding of data protection practices.
