Location: Lutterworth
Salary: £25,000 – £35,000 basic + uncapped commission
We are recruiting for a motivated Business Development Manager to join a growing freight forwarding business in Lutterworth.
This is a B2B sales role focused on winning new business, building client relationships, and promoting freight forwarding and logistics solutions across road, sea, and air freight services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and win new B2B business
- Build and manage client relationships
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to onboarding
- Achieve sales targets and maintain CRM records
Requirements
- Previous B2B sales experience
- Freight forwarding or logistics experience preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
