Business Development Manager –  Watford/London £50,000 - £62,500 + Bonus + car or allowance 

We are partnering with a pioneering sustainability technology company to recruit a Business Development Manager. This organisation delivers innovative solutions that support recycling and circular economy initiatives, helping businesses and communities reduce environmental impact. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a commercially driven individual to accelerate growth and build strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across target markets
• Build and manage strong client relationships through a consultative, field-based sales approach
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to align customer needs with tailored solutions
• Drive revenue growth and consistently exceed sales targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a field sales or business development role
• Strong track record of winning new business and managing client relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
• Interest in sustainability or technology-led solutions is highly desirable

Package:

• £55,000 – £65,000 base salary
• Attractive bonus and benefits package
