Salary - £45,000 - £50,000 + car + commission

The role as Business Development Manager plays a pivotal part in growing the Southern area. It's a truly exciting opportunity to join a thriving business and grow an already performing region, maximising its true potential. 

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Proactively discover, pursue, and uphold a steady pipeline, grasping
market intricacies to bolster business expansion.

• Foster robust connections with UK Ambulance Services, paramedics, ambulance converters, distributors, and key decision makers.

• Exhibit confidence in demonstrating equipment, becoming an expert in the field and upselling through extensive knowledge of product range and customers individual needs.

• Strategically plan and prepare for customer engagements in advance, consistently maximising growth potential. 

Skills and Requirements:

• A proven track record of business development within the manufacturing industry, preferably medical equipment
• Strong experience in demonstrating a product range, showcasing key features and attributes
• A tenacious, ambitious, driven individual with experience opening up new business opportunities and growing key relationships
• Experience dealing with the NHS and key decision makers within the ambulance industry whether public sector or private is desirable
• This role requires a UK Driving License
• This role is Field Based covering the South of England
