Business & Project Management Partner (Contract)

📍 Filton (60% onsite) | 💰 £42.39/hr Umbrella | £31.68/hr PAYE | 📅 Until Oct 2026

We are seeking a Business & Project Management Partner to support engineering teams, driving project performance, resource planning, and business operations within a complex delivery environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of project & business management processes within engineering teams
• Develop and maintain workload, resource, and financial plans
• Monitor performance and manage risks, issues, and deviations
• Coordinate internal teams and external suppliers
• Manage purchase orders and resource activities in line with plans
• Produce and analyse KPIs and performance reports
• Support project governance and decision-making
• Provide guidance and mentoring on project/business management
• Deputise for leadership in reviews (finance, resourcing, performance)
• Drive continuous improvement and new ways of working

Key Requirements

• Experience in Project Management, PMO, or Business Management
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with resource planning and financial tracking
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused mindset

• 35 hours per week (4.5 days, flexible working hours)
• BPSS+ clearance required
