• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Have experience teaching Business Studies at KS4 and A-Level
• Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for the subject
• Be committed to achieving excellent outcomes for students
• Possess strong classroom management and communication skills
• Have the ability to inspire students to develop an understanding of the modern business world
