We are currently recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Business Support Officer to join a busy operational team.

This is a varied and fast-paced role providing key support across Planned Works, Structural, and Insurance teams. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting operational delivery, contractor coordination, compliance tracking, and day-to-day business administration.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across multiple service areas
  • Coordinating works programmes and supporting ongoing projects
  • Liaising with contractors and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered efficiently
  • Managing compliance trackers and maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Monitoring progress of works and escalating issues where required
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Supporting reporting and workflow management through internal systems

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within business support, administration, or operational support roles
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong IT skills, including maintaining trackers and spreadsheets
  • A proactive and team-focused approach
