We are currently recruiting for a proactive and highly organised Business Support Officer to join a busy operational team.
This is a varied and fast-paced role providing key support across Planned Works, Structural, and Insurance teams. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting operational delivery, contractor coordination, compliance tracking, and day-to-day business administration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative and operational support across multiple service areas
- Coordinating works programmes and supporting ongoing projects
- Liaising with contractors and stakeholders to ensure works are delivered efficiently
- Managing compliance trackers and maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Monitoring progress of works and escalating issues where required
- Handling telephone and email enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting reporting and workflow management through internal systems
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience within business support, administration, or operational support roles
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong IT skills, including maintaining trackers and spreadsheets
- A proactive and team-focused approach
