Car Sales Executive - Prestige Main Dealer
Location: Brighton
Salary: £16,000 Basic Salary | £55,000 OTE (13 units per month) | £80,000 OTE (18-20 units per month)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and driven Car Sales Executive to join a highly successful Prestige Main Dealer in Brighton.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to represent a premium automotive brand while benefiting from outstanding earning potential, excellent training, and a supportive team environment.
What's on Offer?
- Basic salary of £16,000
- Realistic OTE of £55,000 selling 13 vehicles per month
- OTE of £80,000+ selling 18-20 vehicles per month
- 6-month earnings guarantee of £30,000
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Sunday: 10:00am - 4:00pm (1 in 3 rota)
The Role
As a Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover. You'll work with both new and existing customers, building relationships, understanding their requirements, and helping them find the perfect vehicle and finance solution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing customer enquiries and showroom appointments
- Conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Promoting finance, insurance, and additional products
- Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity
- Delivering a first-class customer experience throughout the sales journey
About You
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused individual who thrives in a target-driven environment.
You will ideally have:
- Previous sales experience, preferably within the motor trade
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A professional and positive attitude
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- The drive and determination to maximise earning potential
- A full UK driving licence
